Ocean Blue Properties S.L is a company based on the eastern Costa del Sol which was formed
with the sole intention of offering value for money, good quality homes within
the Axarquia region of Andalucia.
Company directors, Mark Anthony and Matthew Dean, oversee Ocean Blue Properties
projects from initial purchase, through the project applications and on to the
completion of each and every property. Our time is spent on creating the
product not trying to sell it.
Every aspect is covered and every consideration is taken into account when
compiling a reform project. We strive to attain the best possible qualities
from each property. Resulting in comfortable accommodation both internally and
externally.
We achieve a standard that will not be bettered by properties within the same
price range.
Our aim is to offer a level of accommodation that you have come to expect
within the U.K.
All of our properties are reformed to a high standard, come with up to date
paperwork and are completely legal.
Ocean Blue Properties do not offer properties that we have not had full control
over. Therefore should you wish to purchase an Ocean Blue Property, you will
be safe in the knowledge that the property will be finished to a high standard
and be completely legal.
Our new build and reformed properties all come with fully fitted kitchens,
bathrooms and bedrooms. We also offer furniture packages to turn the house
into your home.
Should you decide to purchase one of our properties prior to building works
commencing, you will be given the opportunity to have an input on the finishing
touches.
Kitchens will offer the most input with a selection of units, granite work
surfaces, white goods, splash back tiling and floor tiles.
Bathroom wall and floor tiles are open to a selection.
Floor tiles throughout the property can also be selected.
